Co-Founder & Artistic Director

is a visionary artist whose journey spans in Paris over 25 years in the realms of fashion and art. With a rich background in prestigious fashion media, including notable titles such as Vogue and Elle. Maloles founded her eponymous shoe brand, where she served as artistic director for a decade, achieving remarkable success before transitioning fully into her artistic practice in 2017.

Maloles is an internationally established ceramic artist whose work has been exhibited globally, including at the Palais de Tokyo in Paris, as well as across significant venues in Madrid and Mexico City. Her artistic practice is deeply rooted in sculptural rituals, material exploration, and symbolic forms, reflecting a profound engagement with the interplay of object, meaning, and personal narrative.

At ETEREL, Maloles’s artistic vision is the heartbeat of the brand. Her approach is characterized by a deeply intuitive and research-driven methodology, positioning ETEREL at the confluence of contemporary art, design, and personal storytelling.

At ETEREL, Maloles leads the artistic direction of the brand, her visual identity and brand direction relating to the object; materials, and conceptual depth. Her vision defines the identity of each piece, ensuring that every creation embodies intention and symbolic resonance.

Aylin Uçkunkaya

Co-Founder & Director of Strategy 

Aylin Uçkunkaya brings over 30 years of experience in finance and business management, with a strong track record in strategic and financial management in Turkey, US, UK, Switzerland, Russia and Hong Kong. Her work is defined by precision, discipline, and an ability to translate vision into tangible outcomes.

At ETEREL, Aylin leads the strategic development of the brand, ensuring that its creative vision is supported by a solid and scalable foundation. She oversees business, partnerships, and execution across all aspects of the business.

In parallel, Aylin is the founder of the CSD Foundation in Switzerland and TÜRSİYEV Foundation in Turkey, where she has developed and led initiatives focused on environmental conservation and women’s economic empowerment.
